What will this book teach the child?
1. Development of fine motor skills Your child's fingers will become strong and dexterous. He will learn to hold the wax crayon correctly, which is necessary for further learning.
2. Preparing the Hand for Writing If the child confidently and firmly holds the chalk and colors the drawings, it means that he has the basic writing skills. Mastering this skill occurs in several stages. The child: Draws. Colors individual fragments. Colors fragments with strokes in one direction. Draws lines. Writes letters and numbers. The tasks in the book are aimed at sequentially practicing the first three stages. While completing the tasks, the child will gradually learn to draw and color neatly and prepare the hand for writing.
3. Development of Color Perception
During the coloring of pictures, the child begins to understand how different colors combine and how the colored details take on certain shapes. All of this will help him develop a sense of color and learn to distinguish shapes.
How to use the book?
To help the child, cut out a sheet with a task from the book. Allow the child to draw on the back of the task sheet. You will need eight colors for drawing: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, and black. But if the child wants, they can draw with any other pencils. If the little one cannot hold the pencil firmly yet, they can use a marker. Don't forget to praise the child after each completed task. Do not skip the comments under the headings "For Parents." In them, we provide tips that will help the little one complete the task. Find out in advance how many pages the child should master per day. We recommend finishing the tasks while they are still interesting to the child. Don't wait until the little one gets tired.
